Statutory Holidays:
The Gallery is open to the public on statutory holidays from 12 noon to 5pm, though remains closed on holidays that fall on Mondays from mid-October through June. The Gallery is closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

The Gallery is open 10-5 on Mondays throughout the summer (June through mid-October), but is closed Mondays in the fall, winter, and spring.

The Beaverbrook Art Gallery charges an admission fee for entry; Gallery members receive unlimited, free entry to the Gallery. Your paid admission is good all day; please retain your receipt for re-entry. Our admission rates are as follows:

The Beaverbrook Art Gallery is located in Fredericton’s historic downtown, on the bank of the St. John River. We are across from the Provincial Legislature, the Fredericton Playhouse and the new Fredericton Convention Centre, and next to the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook Hotel. The Fredericton Green and walking trails are right next to the Gallery.
Metered parking is available in front of, and near the Gallery. Time-limited, free parking is also available on some side streets. , and municipal parking garages and lots are located nearby. Out of town visitors* may be eligible for a complimentary parking pass from our local Tourism department. Contact a Fredericton Tourism Visitor Information Centre for more details. *Excluding visitors here on business
Visitors may use the Gallery’s parking lot most evenings and weekends. This lot is reserved for staff between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday.
Tour groups coming by bus
Tour bus parking is available, free of charge, on Carleton Street behind Officers’ Square. Directions are available through Google Maps by following this link.
Guided tours are available for small and large groups. Tours must be booked in advance; we recommend three weeks’ notice to allow sufficient time to arrange staff.

Tours are charged at per-person rates and can be booked at any time during our opening hours. We may also be able to accommodate tours outside of our normal operating hours, with a modest supplementary fee levied for the additional staff time needed. Tour admissions are as follows:
