Lord Beaverbrook Day: Come celebrate ART with us!

May 28, 11am to 5pm: Free admission all day, free activities, music, and entertainment for families 11 to 2pm. See the full schedule here

Guest talk: Lord Beaverbrook: Man, Myth and Legend – a personal perspective with Gerry Rymes.

May 28, 3pm: Gerry presents his own thoughts and perspectives on Beaverbrook, as well as a number of artifacts from his personal collection. Gerry promises that his talk will, "dispel some myths about the man himself, and take a look behind the scenes of his life, including some mentions of espionage!" Read more here.

Thursday night art class: Thursday, 7:00- 9:00pm. Instructor in June: Michael McEwing. All skill levels are welcome, ages 16+; please call ahead to register. Cost is free for members, $15 per session for non-members; materials are included.

June 1: Michael will lead us on an exploration of various painting, mixed media, and printmaking styles and techniques. Some of the projects will be inspired by the Canadian Mosaic exhibition celebrating 150 years of art from the permanent collection.

Art for Tots: Fridays from 10:00- 10:45am - Children ages 2-5 and their parents participate in fun art games, hands-on activities, and storytelling. Cost is free for members, $10 per session for non-members; materials are included.
