Free Family Literacy Day: A morning family drop-in time at the Gallery is being held in collaboration with literacy partners in the Fredericton area: Beaverbrook Art Gallery, Science East, Fredericton Family Resource Centre, and Frontier College.

Family Art Classes: SECOND & LAST Sunday of each month, 2:00- 4:00 PM- Classes are open to adults and children ages 5 and up. Cost is free for members, $5 per person or $15 for a family of 4; all materials are included.

Pink Lunchbox series: Artist Danielle Hogan and invited guests present a series of bite-sized lunch break presentations as part of the WATCH OUT! Artist residency. More information here

Thursday night art class: Thursday, 7:00- 9:00pm. All skill levels are welcome, ages 16+; please call ahead to register. Cost is free for members, $15 per session for non-members; materials are included.

Feb 1: In February, Devika will engage participants in creating artwork inspired by the winter landscapes in the Gallery as well as the views of Fredericton from the Gallery’s windows, using charcoal, chalk pastels, and coloured pencils on paper.

Art for Tots: Fridays from 10:00- 10:45am - Children ages 2-5 and their parents participate in fun art games, hands-on activities, and storytelling. Cost is free for members, $10 per session for non-members; materials are included.

Feb 2: Sculptural abstract painting

FROSTival Downtown Gallery Hop: Head downtown to the heart of the city and stroll from gallery to gallery to see some of the best established and emerging artists from across New Brunswick.

Feb 2: 5:00- 8:00pm. Guided tours will be offered at 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Visit artist-in-residence Danielle Hogan, enjoy the musical stylings of Don Bossé Jazz from 6:00- 8:00pm. Refreshments available for purchase at Café Beaverbrook. More information here

Guided Tours of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery: Discover the collection!

Feb 3 & 4: Guided tours at 2 pm and 4 pm (English) and 3 pm (French). Free with admission. No registration required.
