Thursday night art class: 7:00- 9:00 PM- In January, Peggy Holt will be teaching using traditional materials including pencil, pencil crayons, watercolour, acrylic, charcoal, plasticine, and papier-mâché. Admission is free for members, $15 per session for non-members; materials are included.

Jan 26: Perspective drawing and painting, including text in the image.


Art for Frosti-Tots: Fridays from 10:00- 10:45 AM- Children ages 2-4 and their parents join educator Christina Thomson and participate in fun art games, looking at art, hands-on activities and storytelling. Admission is free for members, $10 per session for non-members. Materials are included.

Jan 27: Cat clay relief sculptures


Family Art Classes: SECOND & LAST Sunday of each month, 2:00- 4:00 PM- Families join Roberte Melanson and create wonderful memories and art together. Classes are fun and relaxed, open to adults and children ages 5 and up, and all materials are provided.
Admission is free for members, $5 per person or $15 for a family of 4.

FROSTival! Stay tuned for next week when we start our special programming for the festival!

It’s time for Fredericton’s FROSTival – a great way to celebrate the winter months in and around the city! This month-long (four weekends) celebration takes place January 19 - February 12, 2017. The Beaverbrook Art Gallery is excited to offer special programming during the month as well, in addition to our continuing art workshops. See the schedule here


Our exhibitions are changing!
We’re freshening up the place to give you new things to look at. Some exhibitions may remain up for a bit longer, while others may already be closed - please call ahead if you’re looking forward to something in particular. 

New exhibitions open February 11th
Saturday, February 11 at 5pm – Join us to celebrate new exhibitions for the winter! Featuring the work of Franz Spohn, and the return of some of the Gallery’s celebrated Masterworks.
